Centre for Life
The Centre for Life is a permanent 4000m2 exhibition presenting biomedical sciences to a wide public audience. It is part of the International Centre for Life, a landmark millennium project that created a bioscience quarter in the centre of Newcastle. First opened in May 2000 and designed by award-winning architect and urban designer Terry Farrell, the site offers a unique, stylish and architecturally striking setting for a visitor attraction.
